Upgrade your edition

Move up a tier for more machines. Your license id stays the same, your update window carries over, and you pay only the difference. You get a new license file to replace the old one.

Find it in Nyx Backup under Settings › License, at the top of your nyxbackup.lic file, or in your purchase email.

Upgrade prices (you pay only the difference):

Enter your license ID to upgrade once checkout opens at launch.

How upgrading works

  • You keep the same license id and seat history; the edition and seat count simply rise.
  • You pay the difference for the higher tier, not the full price again.
  • Your update window carries over (and never shrinks).
  • Upgrades only go up. There is no downgrade.
  • You receive a new license file - replace your existing one.

Already on Pro? That is the top edition - there is nothing to upgrade. To extend updates instead, use renew.
